Title:
Dell l322x Touchpad click drag doesn't work

Status in xorg package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
I've upgraded (fresh installation) my OS from 14.04 to 18.04. And everything
but the touchpad seems to work properly.
When i try to drag and drop something or selecting some text seems dead. I
tried to do the same things with an external mouse and it works well.
