Do you really think it’s an issue with TB and not the window manager? Before I reported the bug here I looked at this bug: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1271097 and it looks like the reminder window can or cannot be minimised depending on where it’s running (it can in Unity, apparently Windows, it can’t in Gnome and MATE). So... it’s WM dependent?
