Am on latest version of Ubuntu 20.04 and gnome shell is completely
unusable due to random crashes and glitches everywhere.

Description: Ubuntu Focal Fossa (development branch)
Release: 20.04

Bug: Gnome shell starts showing inconsistency in app icon sizes as i use
it.

How to reproduce: 1- Click on 9 dots on bottom corner of dash (the app launcher 
button), wait for the app grid to show up.
2- Drag app icon to create apps folder.
3- As the app folder gets created, click on it to open it.
4- Click outside the app folder dialog.
5- Gnome shell will either crash,or it will freeze, or if it doesn't it will 
resize the app icon size in launcher, or will completely hide the launcher.
