*** This bug is a duplicate of bug 1616943 *** https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1616943
Just upgraded from Ubuntu 18.04 to 20.04 Before upgrading I was logged in through Settings > Online Accounts > Ubuntu Single Sign-On Account so I had Livepatch enabled. After upgrade I had some bug and when trying to report it, the web interface did not accepted my password. Changed my password, reported the bug, now since I changed my password, the Livepatch is complaining "An error occured when checking for Livepatch updates.". Went to update the password in Settings, but it won't accept the new password saying "Error connecting to Ubuntu Single Sign-On server: Provided email/password is not correct". The web version still works. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Desktop Packages, which is subscribed to gnome-software in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1618041 Title: Cannot login to Ubuntu One Single Sign-On Account to install Snaps Status in Ubuntu GNOME: Confirmed Status in gnome-software package in Ubuntu: Confirmed Bug description: I keep getting "Incorrect email or password" even though I know for a fact the email and password are correct.
