My answer by email did not worked.

I do not have any access to preferences (no menu at all), so I can not disable
extensions.
But I can remove the extensions in the profile directory. It is not enough.

I have finally solved the bug, creating a new profile, copying back the mails
and editing the prefs.js to restore mail and calendar accounts.
Afterward I have reinstalled all my thunderbird plugins.

Everythings works now, but it is not an easy way.

With a new profile it seems to works. But I need to reconfigure all.
