Public bug reported:

Upgraded from 19.10 to 20.04. Running:

* NVIDIA Corporation G92 [GeForce GTS 250] (rev a2)
* Gigabyte P55A-UD4
* Intel Core i7 860
* 2x DELL U2413 1920x1200
  * One connected via DVI in landscape
    * Detected as #2
    * Positioned on the left
    * Configured to be screen with dock/launcher
  * One connected via HDMI in portrait
    * Detected as 1
    * Positioned on the right

Upon logging into my normal gnome session, the right display (detected
as display 1) was no longer rotated to portrait orientation.

Attempting to do this through the normal Gnome settings panel appears to
disable monitor 1 which I want to rotate, and increase the virtual
desktop size on monitor 2.

Without rotation, both monitors are functioning.
