Should I assign this bug report to another package? If so, what package should it be assigned to? ** Attachment added: ""Trash" is translated to "Prullenbak" (in Dutch) except on the desktop and in the breadcrumb (Files)." https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-shell-extension-desktop-icons/+bug/1876471/+attachment/5365620/+files/Schermafdruk%20van%202020-05-03%2011-19-33.png -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Desktop Packages, which is subscribed to gnome-shell-extension-desktop-icons in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1876471 Title: Trash desktop icon is not translated Status in gnome-shell-extension-desktop-icons package in Ubuntu: New Bug description: 1) Release: Ubuntu 20.04 2) Package version: gnome-shell-extension-desktop-icons 20.04.0-1 3) Expected behaviour The name of the trash icon should be in the language of the current user. 4) Actual behaviour The trash icon on the desktop is always named "Trash". It would be better if the name of this icon were translated, using the same name as elsewhere (e.g. inside Gnome Files). For example: "Corbeille" if the current user's language is French, "Prullenbak" if the language is Dutch...
