Bug description:
Sometimes when right clicking on desktop all windows no longer respond
to input.
This is easily reproducable, just do many alternating right and left
clicks directly on the desktop. The context menu will open and close
and at some point the context menu will stay open and will no longer
respond. Also all other windows will no longer react on input.
The top bar can be used though, it is possible to log out and log in
again. This will reset the problem. Sometimes Alt + F2 -> R is also
possible, which resets the problem.
