Title:
  unset pipewire dependency in cheese

Status in cheese package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
After installing Cheese via apt and trying to run it, cheese complains
of a missing dependency and segfaults:

  leecy@Mia:~/projects$ cheese
  can't load /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/spa/support/libspa-support.so:
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/spa/support/libspa-support.so: cannot open shared
object file: No such file or directory
  Segmentation fault (core dumped)

Upon further inspection this is a library provided by pipewire, which
is not referenced by cheese's dependencies.

  Manually installing pipewire using

  sudo apt install pipewire

  solves the issue.
