I can't try Ubuntu 20.04 or Xubuntu 20.04 because it's a 32 bits CPU. I had similar problem at startup with Debian buster i386 but i'm waiting an other hard disk to say if it was exactly the same thing or not.

When i connect an DVI-I monitor before starting, the computer doesn't go in sleep mode at startup. I can see the logon on external monitor but there nothing on internal monitor.
