[ Test case ] Run: env NO_AT_BRIDGE=1 HOME=/tmp/TEST_HOME \ XDG_RUNTIME_DIR=/tmp/.tmp-runtime-dir \ XDG_SESSION_TYPE=wayland \ MUTTER_DEBUG_NUM_DUMMY_MONITORS=3 \ dbus-run-session gnome-shell --nested --wayland From such nested window, use g-c-c display panel to disable one or multiple fake monitors. Go in the Appearance panel - Only the enabled monitors should be visible in the "Show on" combo box If only one monitor is enabled the combo box should not visible.
