Title:
  Battery status indicator is wrong

Status in gnome-shell package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
The battery icon (top right for me) shows the wrong charge. I know this only
because it freezes. So I plug in my computer to charge, it suspends/hibernates,
and then when it is woken up the battery icon has frozen.
I have a Lenovo Thinkpad X1 Carbon (3rd Gen), running Ubuntu 20.04 LTS.
