Before you take a screenshot please open the 'Power Statistics' app and include the battery information from that window in the same screenshot.

I know this only because it freezes. So I plug in my computer to charge, it suspends/hibernates, and then when it is woken up the battery icon has frozen. I have a Lenovo Thinkpad X1 Carbon (3rd Gen), running Ubuntu 20.04 LTS.
