Xorg freeze

Bug description:
When I open the app launcher in GNOME (Ubuntu 20.04) and do some
things like switching between applications and application folders,
GNOME suddenly freezes and I can't do anything. The sound only remains
working if it is running on any application. The only solution is the
hard reboot.
