  Black screen after standby on Intel NUC

Bug description:
  I have Kubuntu 20.04 on an Intel NUC NUC7JY. When I go into standby
  and try to wake it up, the NUC wakes up but there is no picture only
  black screen. This can be reproduced every time I go into standby.
