If you set it on and close the window it saves the setting and side scrollbar works . If you set it on and move to another menu item i.e. "Sound" or "search" it doesn't save the setting and switch it back to off. S.T.R. 1. Open "Settings"; 2. Move to "Mouse and scroll pad" item; 3.
