Scroll until you see the privacy section. Look at the lock icon and see the twisted path of the key whole * Build yaru from master, open gnome-control-center, AKA "settings" from either clicking on the wheel icon in the gnome shell system tray popup or by searching for "settings" from within the gnome shell search.
