What on earth is going on? All upgrades past 10.10 have been nothing
but problems.
Firefox continuously freezes. I am sometimes unable to get a cursor and
I have tried to report this problem several times, but when I get to
this page I am not able to get a cursor to type in the problem. I have
to reboot several times a day just to get my work done. Sometimes when
I click on links they won't open and at times the computer just seems to
go haywire. My processor makes so much noise when it is opening files
and programs that I think it's going to crash.
Can you please fix this or at least refer me to another operating system
that works more efficiently.
