Bug description:
  OS 18.04 & 20.04

  Plug thunderbolt 2 storage device, can see the device in lsblk as
  /dev/sda (and /dev/sda1 is a ext4 partition) however I can't see it in
  file manager (check attachment, it say TBT3 in the picture, however I
  use TBT2 and I can reproduce it)
