Could you install libglib2.0-0-dbgsym and try again? It seems it's
waiting in dbus for a service to reply...

Title:
nautilus takes ages to start up when not already running

Status in nautilus package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
I'm filing this bug separately because it appears to be distinct from

when I start nautilus and it's not already running, it can take an
extremely long time to start, up to even 2m before a file browser
appears. as well, opening certainly locations (like the trash, or
network shares) can also take another huge span of time before they
  complete.
