Title:
Ubuntu dock not as opaque (black) as the top bar when apps are
  touching it/fullscreen

Status in gnome-shell-extension-ubuntu-dock package in Ubuntu:
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
  I'm using Ubuntu 17.10.
The gnome-shell-extension-ubuntu-dock package version is 0.7.1.
I expected that the ubuntu dock had become fully opaque (especifically, as
opaque as the top bar) when some app touched it or went fullscreen (since it is
exactly what the top bar does).
What happens instead is that the ubuntu dock gets a little less translucent
but not completely opaque as the top bar.
