It seems that it depends on connected monitor. In my case monitor goes to power saving mode after laptop suspend or in few minutes after system lock. So ubuntu switches to analog device after resume/unlock. But its not so critical, because device can be easily changed with tray icon. And for HDMI 2 selecting I also had to open sound settings window.
