At least the first couple of crashes have kmod installed so its not
clear what's going on but ubuntu-drivers-common should protect against
the FileNotFoundError.

ubuntu-drivers-common.  This problem was most recently seen with package 
version 1:0.8.4~0.20.04.3, the problem page at

contains more details, including versions of packages affected, stacktrace or 
traceback, and individual crash reports.
