Thanks. I can't see anything obvious in that log. This makes me think something is running fundamentally too slow; either the CPU or the disk.
To check the disk speed please run a benchmark in the 'Disks' app, and/or use: sudo hdparm -t /dev/sda and tell us the results. The CPU sounds like it might be restricted by thermald.
