Thanks. I can't see anything obvious in that log. This makes me think something is running fundamentally too slow; either the CPU or the disk.
To check the disk speed please run a benchmark in the 'Disks' app, and/or use: sudo hdparm -t /dev/sda and tell us the results. The CPU sounds like it might be restricted by thermald. The main issue is booting time too slow about 3-4 minutes and all apps take time to open and sometimes after long uptime when I poweroff, it freezes for sometime then start shut down after 1-2 minutes.
