Title:
Add libcurl4-openssl-dev build-dep for lumix camlib

Status in libgphoto2 package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
The lumix camlib is in a somewhat usable state
(https://github.com/gphoto/libgphoto2/issues/409) and I have been successfully
using it for a few months.
It would be good to add the libcurl4-openssl-dev to Build-Depends to enable
building the lumix camlib.
