Title:
Keyboard shortcut "Search" shows as disabled, yet it still works, and
custom shortcut unable to use the Search key

Status in gnome-settings-daemon package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
Prior to the last upgrade (19.10), I used the Search key for one of my custom
keyboard shortcuts.
(I am using a Lenovo T450s, so the Search key is the button which works as
F10 when the Fn key is also pressed.)

In 19.10, this is no longer possible. The Search key is initially set
up with the Search function, ie opens a magnifying glass text entry
box to look for things. If I disable that function in the Keyboard
  dialogue, it still works!

And therefore I cannot use the key as I wish.
