Thank you for looking into this issue for me. I'm not clear on what is a frontend. The error I receive is "unable to update because it blocked" or something to that effect.
As far as the other issue with Impress, I have gone to the community pages but no one has successful found the solution or work around that will fix this issue. From my research, this issue is has been going on since about 2012 with Impress. Please, let me know what other information you need to resolve these bugs.
