This happens most of the time, but not always, when fractional scaling is not 100% on my 4K monitor. The menu remains inaccessible for all other scaling factors but 100%. FREQUENCY This happens quite often, but not always, and makes working in CALC with fractional scaling on impossible. Sometimes changing fractional scaling back to 100% and then say to 150% fixes the issue. But most of the time the only way out is to switch the screen to 100%.
