I tried with headphones in usb or in bluetooth, the output device is well set but the sound is only on the laptop speakers. So the only way to get sound is to use headphones on the jack port. I'm on Ubuntu 20.04.2 with pulseaudio 1:13.99.1-1ubuntu3.10 on a Dell Latitude E5570.
