As already mentioned before, booting on kernel 5.8.0-44 fixed the issue also on 
my system. I tried also with the 5.8.0-45 kernel to remove 
xserver-xorg-input-wacom package but still crash. There was no way to remove 
libwacom2 alone to test if it's the fallacious package, because it remove also 
in the same time the gnome shell. I tried to reinstall the package, without 
success.
An user on AskUbuntu (https://askubuntu.com/a/1324101/558294) suggest that the 
bug was fixed on an updated version of the kernel but without detail.

Bug description:
  Had no problem with stylus. Since one of the last updates the stylus
  freezes the notebook. No reaction to nothing. Only power off by
  holding hardware button works. Is also mentionned in
