This kind of bug is usually caused by a faulty mouse button switch
(emitting multiple clicks instead of one). Please try a different mouse.

  I have a strange issue that occurs sporadically whereby clicking once
  on a window title bar will expand the window when it should select it
  so I can drag it. Can you advise on this.
