Sorry the description of the testing done in the previous comment was
entered in the wrong tab.

The 3.36.2-0ubuntu1 update works as expected, yelp is able to browse the
ubuntu user documentation, including playing videos. Trying to open and
browse the documentation in a few applications (eog, evince, file-
roller) also works without issue
