Title:
  wrong primary and secondary button in settings

Status in gnome-control-center package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Case:
  Im using usb wireless mouse and keyboard with usb receiver.
  In settings I set primary button to right mouse button.
  I unplug the reciver from usb port.
  I plug the receiver back in.
  Primary button is now left mouse button, but in settings right mouse is 
showing as primary.
