Title:
[USB-Audio - Saffire 6 USB, playback] No sound at all - unable to play
any audio, but it works after unplugging and plugging in the device

Status in alsa-driver package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
It sometimes happens, just like now, that I am unable to play any
youtube or local file - when I click play, the progress bar does not
move and there is no sound. I have to unplug and plug in the USB cable
of the Saffire one time or several times to make it work again.

It happened again and the report was made at that moment.
