To be completely thorough here, `libhmsbeagle` needs either `mesa- opencl-icd` or some package that can provide `opencl-icd`. `pocl-opencl- icd` used to build on riscv64 and then fulfilled this dependency but some recent changes broke this package (currently investigating).
