I think it occured before too. But as I mentioned in a older bug report
of me (https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1930192) it could be a Firefox-
thing because it occur mostly after I started Firefox. Now I switched to
Brave and will test if the issue also occur here.

Title:
Sometimes distorted sound in or after Firefox

Status in pulseaudio package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
Sometimes when I open Firefox and play a video or start Plex Media
Player or start to play a game I get a distorted audio/sound.

I modified the Pulse Audio daemon.conf by this tutorial
  https://medium.com/@gamunu/enable-high-quality-audio-on-
linux-6f16f3fe7e1f to improve the sound in Linux. The deamon.conf
should be attached. When I get this issue I have to open a terminal
and enter »pulseaudio -k«. After this it's normal again.

  Here's a complete hwinfo:
  https://gist.github.com/Johnnii360/1cbdbb0f27180013652a01f21c2f4792

My sound card is a Creative SoundBlaster X-Fi Titanium Fatal1ty (EMU20k2).
