[UIFe] Impish wallpapers
Status in ubuntu-wallpapers package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
The Impish Indri wallpapers, including two original images that won the
wallpaper competition¹, and the official ones produced by the Canonical design
team.
As we got those past UI freeze (which happened on September 9), this requires
a UI freeze exception².
Gunnar (~gunnarhj), who is an administrator of both the documentation
and translation teams, acknowledged the update in comment #8.

We need to include the winners of the 21.10 wallpaper competition in
the release image. I don't know how to attack files here so I'll just
provide links to the winning images in Discourse:

Also, I mentioned in the competition that if the Desktop team decided
that they could fit more submissions into the release image without it
becoming too big, that the next 8 submissions might make it in too. So
if you decide you can fit more in please let me or Monica know and
take them from the links in this blog post which lists them in the
