Hi Daniel, When I changed gnome shell to Yaru the keyboard is ok (enclosed). So the problem was caused by specific gnome shell "Chrome-OS". It moves onscreen keyboard some pixels down. It is easy to workaround this using "Improvedosk" extension setting landscape height some px up. We can take the issue to be closed. Thank you for your help.

In this scale onscreen keyboard is to big so it is useless because there are invisible space, Alt and Ctrl keys. When the screen is in 100% scale keyboard is in proper size. Moreover there is no possibility to use diacritical marks using onscreen keyboard. Diacritical marks are displayed well but when pressed there is no effect. I tried to check it with different kernels but either on 5.4.0-42 or on 5.11.0-37 the issue occurs. Device: ThinkPad X1 carbon 3 gen.
