Every time the PC turns on, the audio output from HDMI is not well
balanced (the left speaker feels very weakened). In the audio settings,
as I try to adjust the audio balance, it immediately starts working
again as normal. It is not a hardware problem as with Windows 11 OS on
the same machine the problem does not arise.
