Title: Sudden dialog "cannot change the priority of process" Status in “gnome-system-monitor” package in Ubuntu: New Bug description: I was scrolling down (using the down arrow) when this dialog suddenly appeared. "Åtkomst nekad" means permission denied. It is a little scary that gnome-system-monitor is trying to change process priority without me asking it to.
