Thank you for the bug report. Is that specific to using the dark mode?
Which version of libhandy-1 do you have installed? There are changes in
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libhandy-1/1.5.91-2 that could
create issue, setting the theme to light and back to dark might help
fixing the configuration if that's the issue

gnome-disks does not apply the Yaru theme, when all other GNOME
applications respect the default theme.
