The configuration option described no longer seems to be available. That
said, since Ubuntu MATE 22.04 the Ambiant/Radiant themes are no longer
supported and not installed by default.

Bug description:
When you go to Firefox --> Customize --> Uncheck Titlebar, the window
controls in the upper left are cutoff and impacted by this change. In
addition to the windows control any video played in the browser
present some tearing due to the change in the pixel height.
