Chris, yes, the snapd update isn't in Jammy currently. The correct command to check what version of snapd you are running is
snap info snapd I think you'll need to restart once snapd is updated to get the fix. It's correct for this bug to be Fix Released because there is nothing left to do on the LibreOffice side.
