  Unable to see Cellular network Icon when connected through "Connect"

Bug description:
  Setup Details:
  RVP: ADLPWWAN633
  Kernel Version: 5.15.36-wwan-bkc-5
  OS Version: Ubuntu 20.04.1 LTS

  Test steps:
  1. Bootup the device.
  2. Ensure the device is enumerated and Register to LTE Signaling.
  3. Move the modem to connected State using "connect" Api
  4. Give the routing command
  5. Ping to the google network & make sure it is successful.
  6. Check the Cellular network Icon

  Actual result:- Unable to see the Cellular signal Icon,
  Expected result:- When Modem is in connected State, should be able to see the 
Cellular signal icon. Cellular icon is seen when we use auto pdp script.
