Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better.
Bug reporting is mostly about finding & fixing problems thus preventing future users from hitting the same bug. I suspect a Support site would be more appropriate, eg. https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu. You can also find help with your problem in the support forum of your local Ubuntu community http://loco.ubuntu.com/ or asking at https://askubuntu.com or https://ubuntuforums.org, or for more support options please look at https://discourse.ubuntu.com/t/community-support/709 You've provided no details of what Ubuntu product you're using, what release, what package(s) are involved, type of connections, is this a new install (days?, weeks? months?)? old install (days? weeks? months? years?) with changes made etc... You do mention updates, but gave no specifics. Support would likely help you better, and this question can be turned into a Support Question too. I've marked this as 'incomplete', if you believe I'm in error and do wish to report a bug, status can be returned to "New" after you've left a comment provide details so package involved in the bug-filing can be determined, then you'll be requested to provide more details (via `apport-collect`) -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Desktop Packages, which is subscribed to cups in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1988151 Title: Printer not working anymore after update Status in cups package in Ubuntu: New Bug description: Multifunction printer (Brother MFC-J6510DW) not working anymore.
