Public bug reported: After an upgrade from Ubuntu 22.04 to 20.10 NetworkManager no longer recognizes captive portals.
Attempting to run /usr/libexec/gnome-shell-portal-helper produces this output: (process:166068): Gjs-CRITICAL **: 19:25:08.053: JS ERROR: ImportError: No JS module 'fileUtils' found in search path @resource:///org/gnome/shell/portalHelper/main.js:13:30 @<main>:1:14 This may be normal because of the environment, but it is the best I have to go on now.
