Hello Philip, or anyone else affected, Accepted ubuntu-wallpapers into kinetic-proposed. The package will build now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ubuntu- wallpapers/22.10.2ubuntu1-0ubuntu1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
