I was using it normally, then switched the screen resolution scale to 100% (down from 200%). I had a Chrome window open which now had the inner icons shrunk, but not the boundaries of the window. So I moved the chrome window around, and noticed this corruption / tearing. The video is interesting because I believe it is telling us that the boundaries of the window are not (re?)set properly for the gnome- display-properties when display scale is applied. Is this what you see in the video too ?
