-- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Desktop Packages, which is subscribed to gnome-shell in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2003611 Title: Incorrect icon when launching app from symlink Status in gnome-shell package in Ubuntu: Incomplete Bug description: Package freefilesync installs /usr/bin/FreeFileSync and /usr/bin/freefilesync is a symlink to FreeFileSync If you launch the programme from the command line with freefilesync the icon will be the default system wheel icon and not the icon of the app. If using FreeFileSync icon is the one of the app as expected. Btw: There is no such problem on KDE. Icon is always correct in the taskbar.
