Title:
  Mouse pointing focus issues

Status in firefox package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
When I hover over Firefox UI elements, it seems like there is a little
shift, so it is sometimes hard/impossible to click some elements. E.g.
New tab button inaccessible as all. Reproducible only when window is
maximized, and only in one of two monitors connected.
