Title:
Certain keyboard shortcuts stopped working; crash in gnome-control-
  center

Status in gnome-control-center package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
I am using the Lunar (23.04) development release.

Recently some keyboard shortcuts have stopped working, notably
Ctrl+Alt+T to open a new terminal.

Also -- I don't know if this is related, but it seems likely -- gnome-
control-center crashes when clicking "View and Customize Shortcuts"
under "Keyboard Shortcuts" in "Keyboard". This error message is
  printed when it crashes:

  09:54:46.0351 GLib-GIO[ 8829]: ERROR: Settings schema
'org.gnome.settings-daemon.plugins.media-keys' does not contain a key named
'terminal'
  [1] 8829 trace trap gnome-control-center
